Brittany is and avid crafter and enthusiastic Mardi Gras reveler. She can be found making throws and other glittery creations year round from her home studio.

Brittany is currently finishing her Ph.D. In Urban Studies with a focus on cultural resource management, preservation, and identity formation.

When she’s not crafting or writing you can find her booking events for her favorite glitter cosmetics line or completing policy analysis for a local transportation research group.

She currently resides in the city of New Orleans with one dog, Oliver, and two bunnies, Einstein and Arlo
